PRN Therapists and Nurses - qualify for the following benefits:


  • Competitive Pay Rates - Accountable Therapy Staffing's (ATS) pay rates range from location to location, and are different for every assignment. Pay rates are primarily determined by experience and longevity with the company. Our goals are to pay above average wages, to provide outstanding benefits, and to deliver unmatched personal attention.
  • 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan - Accountable Therapy Staffing employees can contribute to the 401(K) immediately upon hire.  It is very important that Accountable Therapy Staffing give back to our loyal and hard working employees. After a 12-month waiting period, ATS employees are eligible for discretionary match up to 4% of their annual ATS compensation. Employees must work 1,000 hours in the first 12 months of employment with ATS to be eligible for the match.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit and Web Access to Pay Stubs and W2s - Electronic deposit straight to your bank account every week!
  • Mileage Reimbursement - On most assignments that require a commute of more than 50 miles round trip, Accountable Therapy Staffing pays a mileage reimbursement.
  • Continuing Education Credits - After you have worked 40 hours for Accountable Therapy Staffing, you will receive a "Credit" for each hour you work thereafter. Credits are traditionally used for Continuing Education, but can also be used towards payment of vision, dental, professional liability insurance, or licensure renewal. Each credit is worth approximately $0.50. Cash payments will not be made to the individual; rather a check will be made out to the designated vendor on behalf of the employee. Credits must be used within 12 months and in 200 credit increments.
  • 1099 Option - ATS will accommodate therapists wishing to work on a 1099 basis.

 

Full-Time Contract Therapists and Nurses -  qualify for the following benefits:

 

  • Eligibility: After 160 hours averaging 30 hours per week.
  • Competitive Contract Pay Rates - ATS's pay rates range from location to location, and are different for every assignment. Pay rates are primarily determined by experience and longevity with the company. Our goals are to pay above average wages, to provide outstanding benefits, and to deliver unmatched personal attention.
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) - for every hour you work as a Full-Time and/or Travel therapists for Accountable Therapy Staffing, your earning Paid Time Off! A new benefit for ATS as of 4/1/10.

  • Dental and Vision Plan - Subsidized PPO plan through Humana for the employee; coverage also available for child, spouse and family options.
  • Short Term Disability Insurance - Offered as a Voluntary Supplemental benefit through our partnership with Aflac. Various coverage and waiting period options available.
  • Group Life Insurance Policy - FREE for the employee with coverage amounts increasing as tenure increases. Also have the option to buy up coverage, as well as cover spouse and children.


Travel Therapists and Nurses - Accountable Therapy Staffing is proud to inform you of our unique benefits package customized for each of our traveling therapists and nurses! Our goal is to provide a great work experience for you. That means that we will work to help you attain your personal and professional goals.   • Per Diem Allowances - On all travel assignments, you will receive a per diem to cover your meals, incidentals, and lodging if not otherwise provided by Accountable Therapy Staffing.
  • Travel Stipends - On most assignments, you and your Personal Travel Advisor will determine the funds required to get you to and from assignments. You will be advanced funds to cover each leg of your assignment.
