The quality of therapists we place is maintained by checking all credentials, conducting personal interviews, and verifying at least two references. To attract top candidates, we pay above average hourly wages and provide comprehensive benefits plus benefit "credits." To ensure the quality of our service, each staffing coordinator at MEDREC gives the epitome of customer service; often working after hours or weekends, providing constant order status updates and/or being honest with fill probability. MEDREC's motto is "Clients first, therapists always." Back to top What geographic market do you serve? At MEDREC, we manage the largest PRN Therapy pool in Texas. We can offer more job options in more places throughout the state than anyone else. But we're not limited to Texas. We also offer travel staffing and direct placement with healthcare facilities throughout the United States. Where ever you're looking to go, we can help you get there! Back to top What are your hours? Our offices are open 8 am to 5 pm Central time, Monday through Friday. You can contact us at 1-800-437-7560. However, Staffing Managers may be reached 7 days a week, 24 hours a day in case of emergencies. Back to top What if I want to keep an employee on my staff? That means we've done a good job! MEDREC offers temp-to-hire services that allow you to convert one of our temporary employees to your staff, after 520 hours of service. Please be aware that conversion fees do apply.
