MEDREC offers an extensive benefits package for both our full-time and part-time therapists. Our goal is to find out what is of value to you and then find an opportunity that makes sense. That means that we will do everything we can to help you attain your personal and professional goals.

In pursuit of providing value to all of our therapists, MEDREC offers a wide variety of paid and optional benefits for part-time and full time therapists.

Full-Time Contract Therapists (more than 30hrs/wk for 1 month) qualify for the following additional benefits:

  • Competitive Contract Pay Rates - MEDREC's pay rates range from location to location, and are different for every assignment. Pay rates are primarily determined by experience and longevity with the company. Our goals are to pay above average wages, to provide outstanding benefits, and to deliver unmatched personal attention.
  • 401(K) Profit Sharing Plan - It is very important that MEDREC give back to our loyal and hard working employees. After a 12-month waiting period, MEDREC employees are eligible for an unprecedented Dollar for Dollar Match up to 4% of their annual MEDREC compensation. Employees must work 1000 hours in the first 12 months of employment with MEDREC.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit - Electronic deposit straight to your bank account every week!
  • Mileage Reimbursement - On most assignments that require a commute of more than 50 miles round trip, MEDREC pays a mileage reimbursement.
  • Continuing Education Credits - After you have worked 40 hours for MEDREC, you will receive a "Credit" for each hour you work thereafter. Credits are traditionally used for Continuing Education, but can also be used towards payment of vision, dental, professional liability insurance, or licensure renewal. Each credit is worth approximately $0.50. Cash payments will not be made to the individual; rather a check will be made out to the designated vendor on behalf of the employee. Credits must be used within 12 months and in 200 credit increments.
  • Professional Liability Insurance - MEDREC offers Bill Beaty Insurance to all its therapists. This policy is YOUR policy. MEDREC will pay for the annual premium up front and deduct the cost over a period of time at no additional charge.
  • 1099 Option - MEDREC will accomodate therapists wishing to work on a 1099 basis.



All Contract Therapists (Full-Time and Part-Time) qualify for the following benefits:
  • Health Care Insurance - subsidized for the employee, PPO with option to buy up, as well as subsidized child, spouse and family options
  • Dental and Vision Plan - subsidized for the employee, PPO with option for subsidized child, spouse and family options
  • Short Term Disability Insurance - subsidized for the employee, kicks in after 7 days
  • Long Term Disability Insurance - subsidized for the employee, picks up when short term disability ends.
  • Employee Assistance Plan - free with Short/Long term disability for the employee, Work-life balance employee assistance program, Worldwide emergency travel assistance services, Survivor financial counseling services
  • $60,000 Life Insurance Policy - subsidized for the employee with option to buy up coverage, cover spouse and children
