PT needed for SNF in Livingston TX. PT mentors available PRN, we have an outpatient license, fulltime OT, COTA, slp, PTA, and Tech on staff. Temp to Perm or Contract.
Livingston is a cool, forested area with good schools and well located to Houston's metropolitan downtown (approx 50 miles). Lake Livingston is an all sports lake...water skiing, fishing, etc. It is a small town with under 10,000 people. Great trails for hiking, mountain biking, hunting, ranching, horse back riding, etc.
