Signature Travelers
Eligibility: immediate eligibility on 13-week assignments
  • Health Care Insurance: 100% paid for the employee, PPO with option to buy up, as well as subsidized child, spouse and family options
  • Professional Liability Insurance: 100% paid for the employee
  • Dental and Vision Plan - 100% paid for the employee, PPO with option for subsidized child, spouse and family options
  • Short Term Disability Insurance - 100% paid for the employee, kicks in after 7 days
  • Long Term Disability Insurance - 100% paid for the employee, picks up when short term disability ends.

  • Continuing Education Credits - Up to $1,040 per year with an option to double your credits. Use these credits to pay for conferences, training and any other education related expense.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit - With an option to split accounts so that you can benefit from the option to funnel part of each paycheck to your savings!
  • Mileage Reimbursement - If applicable on your assignment, we will reimburse your mileage to and from your travel assignment location
  • 1099 Option - For those therapists wanting to operate independently we have a unique program that you could certainly benefit from
  • Paid Luxury Housing - Our commitment is to find you comfortable, safe and appropriate accommodations so we can ensure you are living in the lap of luxury.
  • Assignment Completion Bonus - If you choose, we can provide you with a success rated bonus at the end of your assignment.
  • Per Diem Allowances - On all travel assignments, you will receive a per diem to cover your meals and incidentals and lodging if not otherwise provided by MEDREC.
  • Travel Stipends - On most assignments, you and your Personal Travel Advisor will determine the funds required to get you to and from assignments. You will be advanced funds to cover each leg of your assignment.
  • $60,000 Life Insurance Policy - Subsidized for the employee with option to buy up coverage, cover spouse and children.
